The Dr. Betty Shabazz Delta Academy is a unique program
designed for young ladies ages 11-14. Delta Academy provides an
opportunity for young ladies to become exposed to scholarship in
Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM). The Academy
is aimed to augment their opportunities to provide service in the
form of leadership through service learning, and their sisterhood,
by cultivating interpersonal relationships amongst their peers. A
primary goal of the program is to prepare young girls for full
participation as leaders in the 21st Century.
Meetings: Second Saturday of Every Month at 10:00 a.m.
