The Emergency Response Team focuses on emergency preparedness and response awareness by providing information, resources, and education to help individuals and families prepare for unexpected situations and recover more effectively when emergencies occur.
Throughout the year, we promote awareness of important physical and mental health topics through educational campaigns, community outreach, and social media engagement. These efforts help connect individuals with information and resources that support healthier lives.
Stroll Bootcamp encourages physical activity, heart health, and healthy living through movement, wellness education, and community engagement. This initiative promotes practical strategies for improving overall health and well-being.
Sister Circle provides a supportive space for meaningful conversations about mental health, emotional wellness, and the challenges affecting our communities. Through open dialogue and shared experiences, participants are encouraged to prioritize their well-being and support one another.
